Just had a new one! Though this isn't gameplay specific. That said, it is absolutely critical and what it was was that my game minimised while I was playing it, for no reason. No peripherals like mobile phones/USB drives were plugged into my PC to cause it, it just happened randomly while I had the ball in my own half in the middle of a Rivals match, resulting in my losing control of my players, losing the ball and thus conceding a goal. I had to laugh otherwise I think I'm likely to have a mental breakdown playing this sorry state of affairs.
