One of our biggest ultimate team legends officially retired from football, and we still did NOT receive an end of an era card for him. This is a shame! He didn’t even get one when leaving Napoli after many years, while players like Modric, Vertonghen or De Bruyne all received one. This is unacceptable since he won’t be there in the next EA FC parts!

He did in fact retire officially, you can look it up on his player profile on transfer market and he also stated it on an Instagram story where he said that his official last match will be for Marek Hamsik’s farewell match (which was on July 5th). His last special card given to him was in April after he did not even get one special card in the whole season.
Did he officially anounce his retirement already? He moved back to Leuven, yes, but I thiught it was still undecisive where he would go to.
In any way, I totally agree the man needs some recognition for the career he made, as if it was only for his Napoli period
