EAFC25 don't see my gamepad

Hello, I ran into a problem, my gamepad does not work in the EAFC25 game on PC. I did everything according to the instructions, turned off Steam Input and In-game overlay in the EA app. Nothing has changed, it's just that when I log into the game, my controller doesn't work. I also tried it with Steam Input enabled and tested all kinds of layouts for the game there, but still nothing. Plus, I also tried using a wire, not Bluetooth. Do you have any ideas what to do?
