Evo do not work

I just bought the evo TOTS+ cosmetic to use on my Henry. But when I wanted to check up on him on my active evo list, he was gone. I went to check in the cosmetic evo section to see if I just didnt put it on him, but to my subprime it wasnt there either. That means I used 25k to get a cosmetic, but I just used the coins without getting anything back???????
