EVO issue

My 500K evo, supposed to give me 3 playstyles, says that it gave me 3 playstyles on the card playstyles menu… you go into game and it only has 2. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer that I put into strike force, only got finesse and Quickstep plus in game, in the squad player menu it shows that I completed the evolution and has 3 playstyles including low driven plus

I called EA chat 3 times and they give 3 different answers. 1 says I didn’t complete the games which I did and it shows I have the playstyle… 2 says that on his side the evolution “has no description” and 3 says to come back and try again tomorrow.
