Fc 25 game doesn't start

I brought the game yesterday, and after installing when i hit the button to play , it says too many computers have accessed your fc25 standard edition please try again later. What does this mean??? I just brought the game and clicked on play and this is what i get??? Seriously and where is the help button where EA addresses my problems through a case ? Where the hell is the actual live chat button man?
