Fc 25 hacker

Every time I play with a player on pc the game starts glitching and the other players seem to have infinite sprint stamina and when I try to press pause to go to the menu it didnt let me not even when it was half time I had no access to the menu my friend took pictures and videos of the issue and I tried to report the player on ea but when i submitted the report it told me error so pretty much I lost six times to the same player without even playing a full match because the game would crash and it would give me the automatic loss
