FC25 is freezing and lag when play (PC)

My FC25 is freezing and then speed up more time when I play pro club(online). In offline mode it freezing sometime but not often. Other online game are normally, Can anyone help me to fix it?
My PC spec :
cpu i5-13400f
gpu rtx 3070ti
ram ddr5 6000mHz
network Speed download/upload- 800/800 , ping 3ms with LAN cable
monitor -2k 144hz , graphic setting -all high
game store from PC game pass (xbox)
