Fps drop

Hi, I'm playing on PC and experiencing a lot of FPS drops in FC 25.
In other games, I consistently get 144 FPS without any issues.
But in FC 25, I usually get around 90 FPS, and it randomly drops to 45 FPS during gameplay.
Can you help me fix it?
I've attached my DxDiag file for reference. Any help would be appreciated!
