FUT Foundations Rival matches not tracking (PC-Steam)

Title says it all , 

just played 3 rivals matches for the 5 to open the transfer market and nothing has tracked ? 
I’ve reset my router and I’m connected through Ethernet cable.

ive reinstalled the game through steam and have verified all in game files and still nothing.

is there a fix for this ? 
seems like a waste if I can’t get into the transfer market seeing as it’s a big part of the game.
