I keep getting disconnected from every game champs, rivels, I play on pc, the game suddenly freezes and then the disconnect error is displayed ,does anybody have this issue ?
Its been like this 3 days in a row.
I think it my internet or the servers was the issue, I didn't do anything to fix it, but so far the issue is gone, I didn't face any disconnect yet.

Did you quit or play a lot of games in a short period of time? If so you can get a soft ban.
Community ManagerHi there. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem and router. Also, shut down your PC. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Start up your PC and try playing again. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
No, not really, but i think its fixed now i didn't do anything to fix it so it might be my internet was the issue, I played like 10 games and it was fine.

Same thing happens to me a lot of time. Its okay if the game does not count but the screen turns black and I have to force close the game, the game counts and I get a loss. Sucks in a champs game
Hello, I am now having the same issue as this user was having. I have tried all of these steps, everything with my wifi and even tethered from my mobile data to my PC to prove it isn't my internet. Do you know how to stop this happening? Is it a problem with my EA account?

Hello I am also having this problem when I play pro clubs. Every single match I play, when a goal gets scored the game freezes and my connection is disrupted. I currently can’t even connect to a match on Rush it gives me an error. This mode is literally unplayable. My psn is WHOUDIIINIII.
