FC25 is absolutely packed with all kinds of bugs and has horrendous gameplay that doesn't reward skill but instead tries to "balance" matches under the excuse of making them more "interesting." This approach injects frustration into players who suddenly see their team become unresponsive when leading by 2 or 3 goals: 90% of deflections go in favor of the opponent, and if your players are running alone toward the goal, they'll be caught by defenders who suddenly have acceleration and speed comparable to a Ferrari chasing a compact car.
Your players' balance stats drop dramatically, making them fall over at the slightest contact, always to the opponent’s advantage. Want more? Fine. If you're in the lead, your players take forever to perform shooting animations, conveniently allowing the opponent to block the shot before it even reaches its destination. And when, against all odds, you manage to bypass all the artificial "game balance intelligence" (let's call it that because if we use the real term, we're the bad guys), your shot will most likely miss the target, going wide, over the bar, or bizarrely in the opposite direction of where you aimed.
And it gets even worse if your opponent gets a red card. You might as well quit to preserve your sanity! The opposing team, despite being a man down, will suddenly have a goalkeeper who turns into a superhero, stopping every shot you take. Meanwhile, their remaining players will see a massive boost in pass accuracy and tackle success. You'll often see a team down to 10 men scoring two or three goals out of nowhere, while your players are inexplicably out of position, standing still, and refusing to press or attack.
Simply put, this is a poorly made game, a really poorly made game, with a capital P.
A game should be fun, but FC25 is nothing but a rage-inducing, soul-crushing disaster.
