I’ve been asked by EA help to come here for help and compensation.

Question

I'm honestly furious, in the new Bundesliga TOTS cup I've been disconnected by Opponents like 6 or 7 times bringing me straight back to the ultimate team Home Screen with a loss. It is not a connection issue as it would say match is under review and then bring me to the ultimate team Home Screen perfectly connected.

This only happened when I was winning these games which is the most frustrating and now I can't get Xavi Simmons and other rewards because of these people or hackers. This needs to be looked at and honestly I just want my games back so I can go ahead and try get Xavi Simmons again. Ea help advised me that I will be compensated for this issue on here.

This is an understandably frustrating situation to be in.
Unfortunately, you have been misinformed. We are unable to "get those games back" or provide any form of compensation via the forums.

So I’m being punished for hackers being on the game? This is why I have to stop playing ea games how crap. I was told I would get a resolution and you can’t do anything?EA_Barry​&nbsp;

Unfortunately you've been fobbed of with utter nonsense, not exactly sure how posting on a forum is meant to help , basically they've told you nonsense to get rid of you and it's worked&nbsp;
