I can't get into eafc 25!

dear makers of eafc, i find it annoying that i can not play eafc just before the rival rewards due to a malfunction of yours. because of that i have no upgraded rewards. i only needed 3 points. also hope that you read this and can compensate me. kind regards, Mats molenschot
