Hello, I got transfer banned because of my brother. My brother took my account while I was on summer camp. He traded coins from his acc to mine. I’m very upset bc of this and I’ve been banned for 2 weeks and think this is very unfair!
You can appeal the ban but if you let him on they might not overturn it. There probably isn’t a way for ea to tell you or your brother apart if you share accounts.
Community ManagerHi there. As RadioShaqs suggested, you're welcome to dispute the ban. Instructions for that can be found here. However, they most likely won't overturn this. You are responsible for your own account and it's against the Terms of Service to share accounts. Going forward, it would be good to lock down your account so others are not able to access it.
