I pre ordered fc 26 ultimate didnt get the rewards

I asked chatgpt about this he said probably because i took it console and i should talk to ea about this but i cant get a hold of them(i pre ordered it 3 days ago and my friend pre ordered it the same day and got it the same day)

Same i got it in ps5 but i didn't get the reward of 92 plus icon pack for standard edition and i get a error to that is F25B00D
