Ingame lag in online

I tried playing division rivals today, but I suddenly noticed my ping, which used to average around 30-60ms has now spiked into the 100-400ms range at the best and at the worst. 

I honestly do not know if it’s my internet that has gone nuclear (I use my iphone’s hotspot) or if it’s because of the new TOTS. I don’t know if there’s been an update to the game that i needed to download, but I have checked it from my playstation and it’s allegedlly updated to the newest version as of 19.4.2025. 

Basic info: I am based in northern europe and play on a ps4 console.
