Keeps telling me to rest my password

Everytime I try and open my game it won’t allow it and makes me reset my password. I cleared the cache manually I’ve deleted the ea app I’ve also tried to reset my password multiple times even just restarting my pc. I’ve tried contacting ea about another issue and they texted back at 5 am and because I didn’t respond cause I was asleep they told me not to contact again. 
I don’t know what else there is to do but I’ll give this a shot as it’s the only other thing I haven’t tried in currently redownloading my game to see if that could do something
