Main account issue ps5

The gameplay is out of sync on my main account on ps5. Also before i launch the game i see error sync  messages and i have to manually synchronise the game. But the amount of button delay is crazy during online gameplay. My internet is perfect and on the other account i dont face the same problem. Pleae fix my account on ps5: Ei_Flow the acccount ID
