Missing fifa points
I got a code of this website and entered it onto the ea app I logged on to fc 25 then the points werent there I emailed ea and gave all the information about the order and did nothing can anyone help?

Me too I bought 1050 fc points from the PlayStation store over a day ago and it’s not reflecting. Please help. I am on PS5.
