more then 10 days no response from ea
I sent a ticket to EA Help more then 10 days ago because i got banned at FC 25, i have gamepass and i saw that i could play 10h for free, i downloaded and played those 10h, i decided to pay for Ea Play Pro to have access to the full game, i paid for that, when i opened the game i got a warning message saying that i was banned, i checked my ban history and it didn't had a reason, the reason box was blank so i sent the ticket to support and now it's been more then 10 days and no response from them, i chatted 2 time in the live chat and they said for me to "Just wait a couple days". what a joke.
i also tried to get a refund for the ea play pro that i bought, and i was not eligible for the refund, i paid for that **bleep**, didn't play nothing, got banned, didn't got a response and not eligible for refund
what a joke of a company!!!!!
