My Fc 25 Season pass

everytime i have gone to Season pass service for the last 3 Seasons it has been “unavailable” and it also states “you will not br able to earn progression towards your season pass” and sidenote everytime i go onto eafc i had to put in a verification code Can someone help please and Thank you!
