MY TRAINING CAMP EVO IS BROKEN

i started the new training camp evo "in on goal". was all fine until a couple hours ago. on its own, it was deactivated and now i cannot make it active again. both on the web app, companion app, and console (xbox series s). when i try, i get the message "ultimate team unavailable right now" and get kicked from UT, and on the apps it says unable to activate or somehthing liek that. messaged EA support and they were an absolute waste.  i spent fifa points on this evo, which is in life real currency i spent on something that is broken.

anyone know how to help and fix this?

    Same issue here. Trying to evolve Cruyff with the on goal evo, with 4 training hours remaining i started a new 3rd evo (the bruiser+ one from the cup) and Cruyff got inactive. Now no way to activate it on xbox or companion app. Als after completing two of the other three evos i cannot activate the Cruyff training evo.

     Wanted to continue the evo chain on my Cruyff tonight. Now I cannot proceed and risk the evo chain and im not able to use my cruyff either.

    Similar issue here, however the time kept counting down while the evo said inactive, now evo objective has completed but still can't claim my completed evo from the phone or xbox.

    Same issue for me with an Origi evo. Think there’s 12 days left till the evo fully expires and I’m just gonna wait that out now or see if it fixes itself in that time.

    I would love to know myself. My evo won’t do anything?! Just EA doing EA things unfortunately

    This happened to me, the timer still counts down, I put bale into it. Took 6 days but eventually worked so dont worry guys.

    Started same evo... It worked good about 5-6h and after that it goes non active... Now it says its ready to claim but i cant claim it because it crashes the game... I have evoed my player with coins and its going straight to next evo if i just can get that card to work.. So ea... How one of the biggest game makers and one of the most played game has these kind of bugs all the time?
