Over 4 months and still no fix for delay or stuttering on pc

Has anyone else spent more time trying to fix this game themselves on pc than they have actually playing the game? Are ea ever going to fix this? They don’t respond to anything. They fix the stupidest issues. Has anyone got a final fix? I think not but let me know if so….
