Because some play with bad ping and don't stream, because the result on streams is depressing, and some from Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kyiv, who have a good response, don't care about the rest. And 65% of CIS countries play with a ping of 30 to 100. Why is there no public outcry? If this continues, we will never see servers in our regions. Some are silent, and others simply do not care. That is why our young guys cannot show results in the cyber arena. Someday we will compete in a fair game, or someone with a 40+ ping will play against an opponent with a 0 ping.
