Question regarding case in progress

Hello! I currently have a case in progress with EA Help. It is showing “In Progress” but I have additional context and evidence I wanted to add through my own investigation. There is no “resume” button for me to add anything. So I was just responding to the email from customer experience ea saying that my case was being investigated. I’ve sent them like 10 email replies with additional info and evidence. My question is, are they receiving these emails? Thanks!

  • I did! I appreciate the response. I know it was the holidays, so I was trying to be patient. Was just frustrated as my account means a lot to me. I ended up creating another case with some more evidence provided and was unbanned within 24 hours. Super glad that it worked out in the end. Thank you and hope you had a happy holidays!

    Hi FutSmurfin,

    are you able to advise what evidence you provided?

    I have been wrongly banned from the FUT transfer market and I think I know why (although I’m not 100% sure) but I don’t know how to prove innocence when they don’t advise specifically what caused the ban.
