Request to open the FC Points transfer feature

Hello, I wanted to transfer the coins I earned in FC 24 to my game FC 25 .
（A total of 48360 Points）

Can you still help me transfer after the 2024 deadline？
Or submitting a new transfer application or opening up new transfer functions.

Regarding the time limit for the transfer of FC 24 points to FC 25, EA did not notify me by email. The APP also did not receive a notification.
