Request to open the FC Points transfer feature

Unfortunately there was a deadline on 31st December 2024 for transferring FC points from FC24 over to FC25.  

It is not possible to transfer points at this time nor was it ever possible to transfer coins either.

This article on EA Help is the official help page.

However, EA did not notify me of the deadline and EAHelp did not resolve my issue.

Otherwise, I wouldn't have sought help on Forums.

Usually you would receive an in-game notification pop-up regarding the one-time points transfer.

I can't remember if it states the time-frame on the notification, but if you are saying that it didn't then EA should certainly check this and update the notification accordingly in future titles

Because EA did not notify me via email or any other form of notification regarding the transfer deadline.

So I didn't purchase FC25 before the transfer ended.

Therefore, the failure to transfer points in a timely manner resulted in losses. I believe EA is responsible for transferring points for me again or activating the transfer point function.

This is also EA's responsibility as a well-known game manufacturer towards players and buyers of games and points

The deadline for transferring points is 31st December 2024, this date is notified by EA within game FC24 prior to that date and so you were trying to transfer points after the deadline actually.

Like I said before, maybe EA can communicate this deadline more so in the future, it would be good if they posted messages like this in game in the News tab 📰 of UT as well as the pop-up message, but it was certainly messaged in game, I have transferred my points over from the previous 2 titles

I am very disappointed and hope that the point transfer function can still be opened in the future.
