Season Pass Unavailable

Question

Whenever I log into Ultimate team and try to go to the season pass rewards, I keep getting the same message: "The season pass service is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass."

It's been stuck like this for over 24 hours and I haven't been able to fix it.
