Seasonal supply pack glitch!!

There is a glitch in the store after spending £150 on FIFA points when I go to click on A purchase. The seasonal supply pack which is currently in the store at the moment when you go to except and claim the breakthrough team of the week pack that is within the pack. It keeps kicking you off the servers.

I have tried every possible way to fix this. I have gone to EA support and they have given me multiple different ways of troubleshooting but still it’s still kicks me off. I cannot open any packs due to this Ann, I have 18,000 points sat therez ready to be spent, but EA will not allow me to open any packs. Please fix this!!!!!!
