Still missing 250,000 coins from pre purchased ultimate edition
Hi.
My son pre purchased the fc 25 ultimate edition and like a lot of people had a hard time receiving all of the bonuses he was supposed to get.
He got them in dribs and drabs but is still missing the 250,000 coins.
I've been going back and forth with EA, they're absolutely no help, I'm ready to scream.
The one thing he is trying to do is log out and back in again but we can not for the life of us do that. He's on a Nintendo switch which I think complicates it more?
Any advice on this entire situation or just the logging off would be really appreciated.

We can't really help with missing content here on the forums, but this might be a long shot: has your son checked the clubs mode in his game? Those 250,000 coins are Clubs coins, not coins for the Ultimate Team mode in the game. Could that be where the confusion's coming from?
