Further to this, I’ve played and owned every FIFA title since FIFA 98, and don’t think I’ve ever taken to the forums to complain before.
Heard the gameplay reverted to pre Refresh (arcade) patch a few weeks ago so I updated the game after I had deleted and reinstalled without this Refresh (arcade) update.
The gameplay still felt horrifically unrealistic and easy so deleted and reinstalled the game again.
I have restarted Career Mode more than 10 times now because EA feel it's ok to advertise the game like a simulation and then change it to this arcade, ping pong type gameplay.
Don't think I'll go back to updating the game again. Currently playing on the release patch which has many bugs, issues and some players faces are still appearing unfinished but rather that then having to endure another second of the most pathetic representation of a football game being this "Refresh" patch.
