Stop changing the gameplay!

Question

Recently, EA (thankfully) reverted back to an older game version after the previous update ruined the match gameplay by making it WAY to fast and “arcady.”

However, it now seems the gameplay has gone back to being way to fast, arcady and overall completely unenjoyable to play again in the latest update around 5 or 6 days ago.

EA, if you happen to see this, the current state of gameplay is terrible. PLEASE stop changing the gameplay. Just leave it as it was prior to this most recent update. A slower, much more tactical and realistic football simulation match experience.

updates that introduce new player scans and the occasional attribute tweaks are fine; but this current state of match play honestly sucks. For me, it’s basically unplayable as it is now, and no fun at all.

Dear god, please change it back, and then leave it be!

Heard the gameplay reverted to pre Refresh (arcade) patch a few weeks ago so I updated the game after I had deleted and reinstalled without this Refresh (arcade) update.

The gameplay still felt horrifically unrealistic and easy so deleted and reinstalled the game again.

I have restarted Career Mode more than 10 times now because EA feel it's ok to advertise the game like a simulation and then change it to this arcade, ping pong type gameplay.

Don't think I'll go back to updating the game again. Currently playing on the release patch which has many bugs, issues and some players faces are still appearing unfinished but rather that then having to endure another second of the most pathetic representation of a football game being this "Refresh" patch.

There are 6-7 goals in every match. But EA didn't change the game balance because it got very positive feedback. Which idiots like playing arcade games so much? I don't enjoy it even if I win 5 matches in a row. However, 2 months ago the game wasn't bad for a football simulation. They destroyed the game with the intention of making low IQ teenagers happy with a single update.

Further to this, I’ve played and owned every FIFA title since FIFA 98, and don’t think I’ve ever taken to the forums to complain before.&nbsp;
