What about letting them focus on the basics instead of all this nonsense..
- Realistic ball movement instead of this pinball-like bouncing
- Players who carry out their designated tasks on the field (defenders closing gaps or following attackers, goal keepers who actually catch a ball, attackers who can read the game instead of being offside all the time, ..)
- Easy to manoeuver menus instead of the maze we need to go through
- Good refereeing
- Either fix your servers or strip the game from all unnecessary crap that only slows it down
