Support hasnt repsonded in a week help
Still no answer from support after 7 days. Case is still in progress with no update.

If still showing in progress Remus243905 then the best thing to do is to give it some time and wait for the team to respond.
Depending on a number of factors, cases in the queue, the issue and so on it can take a little longer than expected for a reply.
