The best thing we can recommend @prashantsagar7 is that during periods of heavy usage you take time between transactions.

Still not resolved, have been soft banned for over 2 weeks now. Can't understand how ea functions.

Are you sure that you do not have an actual ban @prashantsagar7?

It's not an actual ban, it's a temporary sanction.
My transfer market finally opened yesterday and I bought one gold common player. 2 hours post that I tried to buy a player for my team and the sanction came on again.
I emailed ea about it and they said that the decision they took was correct. Not sure what I'm supposed to do now.

Did you speak with our TOS team?
Darko Yes I did speak with them, they said that I have a temporary sanction on my account and that I should write an email and dispute the same.
I did write an email but I got the same reply everytime.
@EA_Darko can you please respond to people in this thread below who have spent their hard earned money on this game and are tearing their hair out over this bug? cmon man, please.

If our team has denied your appeal @prashantsagar7 then there's nothing we can do to change this.
You'll need to wait for the sanction to expire.
