Two tactics max on ultimate team FC25

Hello, in ultimate team FC 25, the max tactics i can have is two, if i create a third one, it deletes the one who is not active automatically and in games i can choose only from 2 tactics. When I go into team management, I see only 2 tactics instead of 3. 

Can anyone fix this? Or know the solutions
