Ultimate edition regarding points and icon pack

I’ve looked at the ultimate edition and have come to realise that I’ve paid 89.99 discounted from 99.99 with ea subscription. And I’ve only received my evoloution slot, 2000 points and have still not received this base icon upon release. Is there a certain date we get them? I’ve seen people playing with these icon players we meant to get for free upon release, Otherwise what have I paid nearly a hundred pound for?
