Unable to Access FC 26 Ultimate Team – Account Stuck/Session Error

I am writing to report a critical issue with my FC 26 Ultimate Team account. My previous issue (getting kicked after matches) has escalated, and now I cannot access the Ultimate Team mode at all.
Problem Details:
When I attempt to enter the Ultimate Team menu, I receive an error message (e.g., "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at this moment" or "An error occurred while downloading the FUT Live Updates").
This started after a series of disconnections caused by my unstable internet provider. It appears my account might be "stuck" in a previous session or there is a server-side restriction that prevents me from even reaching the main UT hub.
Steps I've Already Taken:
• Waited for over 24 hours without logging in.
• Reinstalled the game and cleared the system cache.
• Verified that my internet connection is now stable (using a wired connection).
• Confirmed that other online modes (like Seasons or Clubs) are working fine, but Ultimate Team remains inaccessible.
Request:
Please investigate my account status and manually reset/refresh my active session on your servers. I believe my account is flagged or stuck due to the previous connection errors, and I am unable to resolve this from my end.
