Unable to connect with ea servers fc25

Hi guys I used to play fc 25 on same network but it’s not connecting, I tried everything as per ea customer support but failed resolve the issue and all other games working on same network 

and also if connect console with my mobile wifi than it’s working 

please suggest if someone had faced similar issue
