Visual hair strand glitch with players in Fc 25

Thank you Yes I gladly would, I will send you three video link examples, although it’s very visible to see if you guys observe it while playing the game aswell

This is the first video link of mine on Fc 25 observe how all of the players hair remain static and don’t show any realistic movement while dribbling and running here is the first video link pay attention to these players ponytail specifically, long hair is just literally stuck to players back no next gen realistic movement whatsoever ⬇️

Here is a second example with a icon player Ronaldinho watch as his hair ponytail remains static and does not show any realistic movement whatsoever on Fc 25 ⬇️

And here is a 3rd video of last years game Fc 24 showing you how hair physics should be rendering and showing realistic movement this feature is absent on Fc 25 for whatever reason, pay attention to how the players long  hair/ponytail is actually moving and showing realistic movement during the game on Fc 24, this same affect is not registering on Fc 25 like it is here ⬇️

Please I beg can you show these clips of mine to the dev team along with the description to each link so that they can understand the situation in full to get this sorted as quickly as humanly possible, thank you for your time in having a look on my post, all players with long hair in Fc 25 have this same exact non rendering hair bug this was not the case in Fc 24 and other fifa games in the recent past

this bug has been in the game since September launch it has also been reported several times by different people not just me
