XP not applying?

My XP hasn't been applying and some of the objectives aren't counting either, I have been playing the bundesliga cup and played 15 games of that and 15 games overall so I should of had the XP and got myself to level 38/39 and instead it's saying I haven't played 15 games in all modes and it's saying I only played 9????

Have you completed all 15 games? If you did not complete a full game (i.e. quit before game completion) then it will not count towards objective. I hope you are aware of this.
