Do you have any video clips or screenshots of the correct selection from player pick? If yes, then can you please attach it here.
If the video clip is too large, then upload it to YouTube and share the link here please.
Also it’s in another language becuase I was tryna get some compensation from a new store pack. I know you probably have he last person I should tell that to but I just want my r9 😂

They usually deals with incorrect items/players.Ok but what if they can’t do anything??
I’ve already spoke to ea live chat 7 times and Everytime they said it’s server sided and they couldent help me so I’ll try it but I’m not very hopeful it will work
Nothing we can do about it. Only EA help can assist you with this.
When something goes wrong, then try to take a video clip. That way, you usually have proper evidence.
