Yesterday I was playing fut champs and after the full time whistle but before the match facts screen loaded I disconnected from the servers. As a result I was not credited with the game played meaning now, having played all 15 games of fut champs, it appears as if I only played 14. Because of this I am not going to get the 1 of 5 laliga/liga F tots player pick. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a way to get credited for the win? Can a EA developer give me a compensation player pick.

Yes, had the same problem tonight just after my 6th game I think. So so frustrating and disappointing. I’ve emailed support and hopefully with enough of us encountering this issue, we will get compensated appropriately. I have stopped on 13 games played just now until I receive an update from the help team.
Same problem for multiple people including myself, hopefully they can compensate
Same with me I contacted support and they said had to wait for an update on socials if enough people complain they will do something apparently.

Won the match 4-2 but got disconnected at exactly the same point and now my games played is 14/15.
Same thing happened to me. I put in a complaint through EA help over a day ago and still haven’t heard anything back
Same thing happened to me.. missed both Nico Williams and the red pick. I messaged ea help and as usual.. they were trying to fix my connection(I have never been disconnected from a game this year) instead of understanding what happened. After they wasted more of my time copy pasting random messages, they told me their favorite phrase. “I understand your disappointment but there’s nothing we can do”
I love ea, I love this skillful non scripted 100% fair game
