Yesterday I was playing fut champs and after the full time whistle but before the match facts screen loaded I disconnected from the servers. As a result I was not credited with the game played meaning now, having played all 15 games of fut champs, it appears as if I only played 14. Because of this I am not going to get the 1 of 5 laliga/liga F tots player pick. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a way to get credited for the win? Can a EA developer give me a compensation player pick.
Yes, had the same problem tonight just after my 6th game I think. So so frustrating and disappointing. I’ve emailed support and hopefully with enough of us encountering this issue, we will get compensated appropriately. I have stopped on 13 games played just now until I receive an update from the help team.
