I’m reaching out regarding a recent issue I encountered while playing FIFA Ultimate Team. I was actively participating in the Champions quest this week, aiming to complete 15 matches to earn a Player Pick for my club. However, during one of my games, I was matched against a cheater who, after scoring, deliberately caused me to disconnect from the match.
As a result, not only did I lose the match, but I am also now unable to complete the 15 games required for the quest. This situation is clearly not my fault, and I believe it’s a direct result of unfair gameplay. The Player Pick rewards are extremely important to me, as they offer the opportunity to receive a pack of 5 93+ players.
I kindly request that you either:
Restore the lost opportunity and grant me the Player Pick as originally intended.
Provide an alternative solution that ensures I can receive my rewards, considering this was not caused by my own actions.
If I do not receive a fair resolution to this matter, I will seriously consider discontinuing my participation in the game. I believe this situation warrants appropriate attention, and I trust you will address it swiftly.
I understand that the game is server-based and automated, but this doesn’t change the fact that my experience was negatively impacted by something beyond my control. It’s incredibly frustrating to know that this kind of issue, cheating and unfair disconnections, can’t be resolved, especially when it has cost me potential rewards both in this quest and future rewards from missing those 13 wins.
After carefully considering the help from EA Official Support, I’ve decided that this will be my last time playing FIFA. The situation I encountered has left me extremely frustrated, not only did I lose the packs and rewards from this current quest, but the larger issue is that it also cost me the potential rewards I could have earned from future wins.
Instead of completing 13 out of 15 games, I was left with only 12, and the chance to get those rewards is now gone.
P.S.: A player that could have been rank2 and stayed on rank3 plus without a pack of 5 93+ players.
I believe everyone will understand my/our frustration and that all the above issues should be solved promptly.
Please make this post reach the highest position on whoever can fix it once again promptly.
