I’ve experienced this issue numerous times – disconnected mid-match, and once even after winning a match, I was kicked out during the transition back to FUT. Of course, it counted as a loss, the game didn’t count, and I’m not eligible for rewards. This is really heartbreaking. I even have video proof of the win before disconnecting.

What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve checked my connection through EA’s connection help services to check for any interruptions, and when I see my connection marked as “great,” it just confuses me about what could be the issue. Really hope EA fixes this soon.
