I lost connection right at the end of one of my FUT Champ games, resulting in me only having 14 out of 15 played FUT Champ games, and then not getting the reward for playing all 15 games.
I’ve been in contact with the EA Support Team but apparently they’re not allowed to add the player pick to my account, and it’s only the EA Studio.. but they don’t have a contact form. So I’m stuck at a point where the support team acknowledge my problem but can’t do anything about it.
I don’t care about the loss or the DNF, I just want the player pick which I should be rightly rewarded. I played all 15 games, I’ve got footage of my playing through the game until the final whistle and then getting disconnected.
I know I’m not the only one affected and I want to see this resolved and compensating the affected players ASAP.
I look forward to the community managers getting in contact with me, and informing me why the support team hasn’t been able to provide me with the player pick when I rightly should.
