This happened on my son’s account on the Friday but I played finals on the Saturday without issue. How can it be guaranteed to he will receive his pack that he is owed having played all 15 games but only counting for 14 because he was disconnected from the game. The game which he’d won as the game disconnected after the final whistle so not only didn’t get his 15/15 but he should have ended W8/L7 but didn’t because of this!
