Lost FUT Champs Match While Winning 6–4 Due to EA Server Crash (Case #212678527) :
Hi EA team,
I’m writing here as recommended by EA Help support regarding my case: #212678527.
On June 1, I was playing a FUT Champions match on PS5, and I was winning 6–4 in the final minutes when I got disconnected. My connection was stable, and the problem came from your servers — something your support team confirmed was a known global issue.
I submitted a screenshot to support and explained everything. I was told to post here for further assistance.
Today, I finished my FUT Champions matches, and I ended up receiving lower rewards than I deserved — all because of that one match that I was clearly about to win.
FUT Champs is a competitive mode. One match can decide your rank, rewards, and packs. Losing because of an EA server error is completely unfair.
I’m asking for one of the following:
Please escalate this. I’ve followed every instruction you gave me, and all I want is fair treatment.
