Account-Specific Gameplay Delay – All Tests Done, Still Unplayable

Hi all,&nbsp;I’m posting here as instructed by EA Help after weeks of extensive testing and no resolution.&nbsp;Issue: My main EA account experiences consistently sluggish gameplay in EA FC 25 Ultimate Team. The delay, input lag, and poor positioning make the game unplayable – but only on this account.&nbsp;I have tested:&nbsp;Multiple consoles and locationsDifferent networks (fiber, 4G, mobile hotspot)New PSN + EA accounts → gameplay is smoothDNS, MTU, port forwarding, and full factory reset of PS5Same setup, same network, same device – only the EA account differs&nbsp;&nbsp;My main account is clearly linked to some kind of degraded matchmaking, routing, or server-side issue. I suspect something has gone wrong with my connection profile or account flags.&nbsp;What I’m asking for:&nbsp;Review and escalate this as an account-level issueReset or refresh matchmaking/server routing profilePass this on to the studio or devs if needed&nbsp;&nbsp;I’ve done absolutely everything a player can do on their own – it’s now up to the dev side.Platform: PS5&nbsp;Thanks in advance.

Experiencing the same exact issue on my main account. Did you try removing and re-adding PSN account from the console? I'm thinking about doing this and/or changing emails on both my psn (don't know if possible) and my EA account

No I didn’t get it fixed! Only way to get good gameplay again is from a new PS5 and a completely new account!! Maybe even a new IP address is to recommend!&nbsp;

Have you gotten any help on this? I have the same exact issue as you like word for word. I thought I was the only one with this issue. It happened to me around tots in fc25 and now I’m having these issues on madden 26. There’s delay for no reason
